Esports is a lucrative business and is giving opportunities for education for numerous HBCU students. For the past few years Madden 22 coins, the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) has been "implementing an all-conference Esports platform starting in September 2020." The NFL has been using esports as a way to communicate with athletes, students, and business professionals through the second each year Madden NFL 22 x HBCU Tournament.

The National Football League unveiled its strategy for the most talented HBCU student finalists who participated in the second year-long Madden NFL 22 HBCU Tournament . It was a once-in–a-lifetime experience during Super Bowl LVI week.

15 students from HBCU schools within the SWAC, MEAC, and CIAA are scheduled to travel into Los Angeles for a week that will include job shadowing opportunities as well as events that are a part of the NFL and also the finals event of the Madden NFL 22 x HBCU tournament.

Madden NFL 22 HBCU Top Student Finalists. To end the week, each student finalist will receive a ticket to attend Super Bowl LVI, on February 13, 2022 which will be played at SoFi Stadium. This year's Madden NFL 22 x HBCU Championship is driven by the NFL's commitment to inclusion and accessibility in traditional sports as well as in esports.

Over the course of the week the NFL Football Development team will welcome the student finalists and invite them to study the business aspect of football in a number of events and activities, including those such as the Play Football Stakeholders Breakfast, the High School Girls NFL FLAG Exhibition, the Play Football Family Festival, and the Super Bowl Experience buy mut coins. Students will be able to get invaluable guidance on their career from NFL officials and key stakeholder as they participate in an immersive career-related activities.
